Use the Crowdin API with Emailify

Translate email designs in Figma with the Crowdin API

If you use Crowdin, Emailify can upload your source email content to Crowdin and then import translated variants back into Figma.

Step 1: Connect your Crowdin account

1. Click the Localize button in Emailify.
2. Choose Crowdin API from the localization options.
3. Paste your Crowdin API Personal Access Token.
4. Select your Crowdin project from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Select target locales

Choose the locales you want to work with from the locales list in Emailify. These come from the target languages configured in your Crowdin project.

Step 3: Upload source text from Figma

Click Upload to export your selected email frames and source text from Figma into Crowdin.

Step 4: Translate in Crowdin

Open your Crowdin project in the browser and translate or review the strings for each target locale.

Step 5: Import translated frames back into Figma

Click Import Translations in Emailify to pull the translated content back into Figma as cloned localized email frames.
