- A spreadsheet file in Excel (XLSX) or CSV format, or a public Google Sheet
Steps
- Open Figma, go to Resources, search for Emailify in the Plugins tab, and install it.
- Run Emailify from Plugins > Installed Figma Plugins, create a new email frame, and click Add new Emailify container.
- Select the email frame or column, choose Add spreadsheet from Quick add element to selected layer, and import either a spreadsheet file or a public Google Sheet URL.
- For a Google Sheet, set General Access to Anyone with the link and copy the share link before pasting it into the plugin.
- Click Add to generate the table, including any image links from the spreadsheet, and open the table component page to adjust column widths, image sizing, vertical alignment, borders, or hidden columns.
