Emailify Command Menu & Shortcuts

Use Emailify's command menu to run Emailify's main actions, jump to an email and switch component categories.

The command menu lets you find and run Emailify actions by typing, without hunting through panels. It works while the Emailify plugin window is open.

Open the command menu ​

  1. Open Emailify in Figma.
  2. Press Command + K on macOS or Ctrl + K on Windows, or click the ⌘ K button at the end of the email picker row, after the + button. On Windows the button shows Ctrl K.
  3. Type to filter, use ↑ and ↓ to choose, then press Enter to run it. Press Esc to close the menu.

Press the shortcut again to close the menu. It doesn't open while another Emailify dialog or panel is open, so close that first.

Unavailable items are greyed out for the same reasons as the matching buttons, for example when nothing is selected or a feature needs Emailify Pro.
