This tutorial shows how to use the Emailify Figma plugin to export HTML email designs as grayscale wireframe PDF previews. It explains how to enable Wireframe Mode, export the previews, and use the generated PDF and JPG files for early client review.

Things you'll need

• An Emailify email design already prepared in Figma

Steps

1. Open the Figma Resources icon, search for Emailify under the Plugins tab, and run or save the plugin.
2. In your Figma canvas, open Emailify from Plugins > Saved plugins.
3. Click Export HTML in Emailify and change the export setting from HTML Email to PDF Previews.
4. Turn on Enable Wireframe Mode to export a grayscale wireframe version.
5. Click Export to PDF, then download the zip file when the export finishes.
6. Open the zip file to access the main PDF, individual email PDFs, and JPG folders.
7. Use the exported grayscale PDFs or JPGs for client previews or other mockups.
