What this video covers

The video shows how to use the Emailify Figma plugin to export an HTML email, then import it into Omnisend as a custom template. It also covers adding the required Omnisend unsubscribe link, previewing the template, and using it in a campaign.

Things you'll need

• A designed email built with Emailify in Figma.
• An Omnisend account with access to Store settings and Saved templates.

Steps

1. Open your Figma file, find Emailify in Resources under Plugins, save it if needed, and run it from Saved plugins.
2. Make sure the email includes the Omnisend footer preset so the required unsubscribe tag is added, then check it in HTML and mobile settings.
3. Click export HTML, enable upload hosted image URLs, and export the email as a zip file.
4. Unzip the download and use the folder’s index.html file, not the previews page, for the import.
5. In Omnisend, go to Store settings, open Saved templates, choose Import template, name it, and upload the index.html file.
6. After importing, preview the saved template, then create a campaign, choose the saved template, and adjust the default padding if needed before sending.
