What this video covers

The video shows how to use the Emailify Figma plugin to export an HTML email from Figma into SendPulse. It covers adding the SendPulse footer, previewing the email, entering the SendPulse API ID and secret, and uploading the finished template into SendPulse templates.

Things you'll need

• A Figma file with an email design ready to upload
• An Emailify plugin installed or saved in Figma
• A SendPulse account with access to the API ID and secret

Steps

1. Open your Figma file and run the Emailify plugin from Resources or from Saved plugins.
2. Create or open your email design, then add the SendPulse item from the Footage tab to include the unsubscribe link footer.
3. Use the preview button to check the HTML email layout.
4. Click Export HTML, choose the SendPulse integration, and enter the SendPulse API ID and secret from your SendPulse account settings API tab.
5. Add a subject line for the upload.
6. Click Upload to SendPulse to generate the HTML, upload images, and send the template into your SendPulse templates.
7. Open the email templates page in SendPulse to confirm the uploaded template and use it for a campaign or further editing.
