Export HTML emails from Figma to PDF previews

Things you'll need

  • Emailify must be installed in Figma.
  • Email designs must already be set up and rendering as desired.

Steps

  1. Open Figma, click the "Resources" icon, search for "Emailify" under the "Plugins" tab, and save or run the plugin.
  2. Open Emailify from "Plugins" > "Saved Plugins" if it is already saved.
  3. Close the preview and click the "Export HTML" button.
  4. Change the export type from "HTML Email" to "PDF Previews" under the "Download To Ccmputer" group.
  5. Select the emails on the page that you want to include in the export.
  6. Click "Export to PDF" to generate the PDF previews and related files.
  7. Download the .zip file, unzip it, and use the combined PDF, per-email PDFs, individual mobile or desktop PDFs, or JPEGs as needed.
