What this video covers

The video shows how to use the Emailify Figma plugin to export an HTML email from Figma and automatically upload it to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). It also explains how to create the required SFMC Installed Package credentials and then reuse them in Emailify for future uploads.

Things you'll need

• A Figma file with an email design ready in Emailify
• A Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) account with access to Setup and Installed Packages

Steps

1. Open the Resources icon in Figma, search for Emailify under Plugins, and run or save the plugin.
2. Create or finish your email design in Emailify, optionally adding the Salesforce Marketing Cloud footer from the Footers tab.
3. Click Export HTML, choose the HTML email option, and select Marketing Cloud under platform integrations.
4. In Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), go to Setup, then Platform Tools > Apps > Installed Packages, and create a new package.
5. Add an API Integration component, set it to Server to Server, and grant the required Read and Write permissions for Email and Assets.
6. Copy the REST Base URL, Client ID, and Client Secret from SFMC into Emailify, then enter a subject line and pre-header if needed.
7. Click Upload to Marketing Cloud and then verify the uploaded template in Content Builder.
