Things you'll need

  • A Figma file with an email already designed using Emailify
  • A Klaviyo account with a private API key

Steps

  1. Install the Emailify plugin from the Figma Community and run it from Plugins in your Figma file.
  2. Open an email already designed in Emailify and click the Export button in the plugin header.
  3. Change the export option from HTML download to the Klaviyo upload option.
  4. Open the Klaviyo private API key page, create a private API key, label it, and copy the key.
  5. Paste the private API key into the Emailify plugin, then fill in the subject line and pre-header text if needed.
  6. Click Upload to Klaviyo to generate the HTML, upload the assets, and create the template in Klaviyo.
  7. Open the Klaviyo templates list and refresh it to confirm the new template was created and preview it.
