What this video covers

This tutorial shows how to export an HTML email template from Figma with the Emailify Figma plugin and import it into Zoho Campaigns. It also covers adding the Zoho Campaigns footer, downloading the ZIP export, and uploading the index.html file into a regular email campaign.

Things you'll need

  • A Figma file with the Emailify Figma plugin available
  • A Zoho Campaigns account

Steps

  1. Open the Figma file, find Emailify in Resources under the Plugins tab, and run or save the plugin from Saved plugins.
  2. Create a new Emailify container or use a template, then design the email and choose the Zoho Campaigns footer in the footer tab so the unsubscribe, view in browser, and company address tags are added.
  3. Click Export HTML, choose HTML email, select Zoho Campaigns under platform integration, optionally add preheader text and subject line, then export for Zoho Campaigns and download the ZIP file.
  4. Unzip the file, open the preview page if needed, and locate the named folder containing the index.html file.
  5. In Zoho Campaigns, go to Campaigns, then Email Campaigns, create a new regular email campaign, name it, and save and proceed.
  6. In Create content, choose Import Upload HTML, upload the index.html file from your computer, and click upload.
  7. Review the imported email, optionally add a plain text version, and save the campaign.
