Uploading your emails to Insider

Emailify includes a built-in integration with Insider, which allows you to upload HTML emails directly from the Figma plugin as Insider campaigns or reusable templates.

This video tutorial is a complete step-by-step guide showing you how to upload HTML emails from the Figma Emailify plugin to Insider (UseInsider).

The video above shows the original campaign upload flow. Emailify now includes a Destination dropdown that lets you upload to either Insider campaign content or the Insider template library.

In the Emailify export panel, select the Insider option from the dropdown list, then choose either Campaign or Template from the Destination dropdown and paste in a valid Insider API key, which can be generated from your Insider account by generating a new API key by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Inone Settings -> Integration Settings while logged into the Insider platform.

  2. Click the Generate API Key button at the bottom of the Integration Settings page.

  3. Select the correct key type in the API Key Type panel for the destination you're using:

    • Choose Email Content if you're uploading to Campaign.
    • Choose Email Content and Templates if you're uploading to Template.

  4. Click the Next button to generate the API key.

  5. Click the Copy button to copy your API key.

  6. Go back to Emailify and paste it in the Insider API key input.

When you're ready, click the Upload To Insider button to start exporting the emails you've selected from Figma to HTML.

  • If you selected Campaign, Emailify will upload your HTML to Insider's campaign content area under Messages -> Email.
  • If you selected Template, Emailify will upload your HTML to Insider's reusable template library under Email -> Templates.
