What this video covers
This tutorial shows how to use the Emailify Figma plugin to export an HTML email from Figma and upload it directly to Salesforce Pardot, also labeled Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. It walks through finding the required Pardot credentials, selecting the campaign, folder, and tracking domain, and then uploading the template from Figma.
Things you'll need
- A Figma file with the Emailify plugin available
- A Pardot or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement account with a connected app that can provide a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
Steps
- Open the Figma file, find Emailify in Resources under the Plugins tab, and run or save the plugin.
- Create an Emailify container in a frame, optionally add the Pardot footer, and preview the email before exporting.
- Click Export HTML, choose Pardot API upload, and enter the Business Unit ID, Pardot email, password, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.
- In Pardot, find the Business Unit ID in Marketing setup > Business Unit Setup, and find the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret in Setup > App Manager > your connected app > Manage Consumer Details.
- Back in Emailify, select the campaign, folder, and tracker domain, then enter the sender name and sender email.
- Optionally set the subject line and pre-header, leave editable regions off if not needed, and click Upload to Pardot.
- In Pardot, open Account Engagement Email and confirm the uploaded template appears in the published templates list.
