Add a countdown timer to HTML emails in Figma

You can add a dynamic countdown timer GIF by overriding the image URL to any image layer in your email designs by adding the dyanmic image URL (eg. generated by a service like Sentric) to the Override Image Src input field, which will be automatically added to the src attribute of the <img> tag when the HTML is exported.
