Adding text indentation to your paragraph ​

You can add text indentation to the first line of any paragraph by selecting a Figma text layer in your email, then applying a Paragraph Indent value in the Figma Type Settings panel (under the Details tab).

Adding hanging punctuation (negative text indentation) to your paragraph ​

Figma doesn't allow negative paragraph indent values; so as a workaround, the plugin will still let you use a negative text indent value by enabling the Hanging Punctuation setting on the text layer, which will use the Paragraph Indent value in the Figma Type Settings panel (under the Details tab) on the text layer as a negative value, to get around Figma not allowing negative values in their UI.
