What this video covers

This tutorial shows how to use the Emailify Figma plugin to design an HTML email in Figma and export it directly to Sendwithus. It also explains how to set the correct unsubscribe footer, generate a Sendwithus API key, and upload the finished template with subject line and preheader text.

Things you'll need

• Emailify installed in Figma.
• An Emailify email design ready to upload.
• A Sendwithus account with permission to create an API key.

Steps

1. Open Figma, find Emailify under Resources > Plugins, and run it from Saved Plugins.
2. Create a new Emailify container for your email template and design the HTML email.
3. In the Footer Tab, choose the email service provider you use, such as SendGrid, so the correct unsubscribe tag is inserted.
4. Preview the HTML in the plugin to check the desktop and mobile versions.
5. Click Export HTML, choose Sendwithus under the Platforms group, and create a Sendwithus API key in your Sendwithus dashboard if needed.
6. Paste the API key into Emailify, optionally add a subject line and preheader text, then click Upload Export.
7. Open the Templates page in Sendwithus to confirm the uploaded template and verify the content, unsubscribe link, images, subject line, and preheader text.
