Things you'll need

  • Figma
  • Emailify Figma plugin
  • A Postmark account with access to a server and API Tokens

Steps

  1. Install the Emailify Figma plugin from the Figma Community and run it from Plugins in your Figma file.
  2. Open the Export menu in Emailify, change the export option from HTML to Postmark, and reveal the API key field.
  3. In Postmark, go to Servers, open your server, click API Tokens, and copy your API token.
  4. Paste the Postmark API key into the Emailify plugin using Command + V or Control + V.
  5. Click Upload to Postmark to generate the HTML, export the image assets, and send the template to Postmark.
  6. In Postmark, open Servers, choose the same server, and go to Templates to find the uploaded template.
  7. Open the template to review the subject line, HTML, and Preview, or upload again to create a new version if needed.
