Uploading your emails to Omnisend

Upload an Emailify template directly through the Omnisend API, or export a ZIP for manual import.

Upload with the API ​

  1. In the Emailify export panel, select Omnisend (API).
  2. Enter an Omnisend API key with email-template write access.
  3. Enter the subject and preheader, then click Upload Template To Omnisend.

Emailify hosts the email images first, ensures the required Omnisend unsubscribe link is present, and imports the HTML as a saved template. It does not create, schedule, or send a campaign.

This video walks through how to upload HTML emails from the Figma Emailify plugin to Omnisend.

In the Emailify export panel, select Omnisend (Zip), then click Export For Omnisend to download the selected emails.

Once the HTML has been exported, you need to manually upload your HTML templates to Omnisend by pasting your HTML code into a campaign via the Custom HTML import feature, as per their docs here.
