Steps
- Open Figma Community, search for Pitchdeck, and install the Pitchdeck Presentation Studio plugin if needed.
- Open your Figma project, right-click the canvas, then go to Plugins and launch Pitchdeck Presentation Studio.
- Click Export Presentation to open the export panel, then choose PowerPoint from Select Presentation Format.
- Leave Retina Images off if you want a smaller file, then enable Compress Images to compress images before export.
- Adjust the compression slider to a desired quality level, such as a middle setting around 70.
- Click Export for PowerPoint, save the file, and compare the resulting PowerPoint file size with and without compression.
- Optionally repeat the export at a lower quality setting to see how further compression changes file size.
