Export presentations to Keynote

Things you'll need

  • A Figma file containing the presentation frames
  • The Pitchdeck Figma plugin installed
  • Keynote installed to open the exported file

Steps

  1. Install Pitchdeck Presentation Studio from the Figma Community or Plugins area if it is not already installed.
  2. Open a Figma file that contains only the frames you want in the presentation, then run Pitchdeck Presentation Studio from the Plugins menu.
  3. Review the detected frames as slides, reorder them in the Pitchdeck plugin if needed, and add speaker notes per slide.
  4. Choose the export format dropdown and select Keynote file, then click Export Keynote.
  5. Save the generated file to your computer and open it in Keynote by double-clicking it or using File > Open.
  6. In Keynote, confirm the slides and presenter notes carried across, then add any Keynote animations manually if desired.
