This video shows how to install the Pitchdeck Figma plugin and export a collaborative presentation in Figma as a PDF file. It also shows how Pitchdeck treats each top-level frame as a slide, lets you reorder slides in the plugin, and produces a compressed PDF export.

Things you'll need

  • Figma
  • Pitchdeck plugin installed

Steps

  1. Install the Pitchdeck plugin from Figma Community by searching for Pitchdeck Presentation Studio and clicking Install.
  2. Open your presentation file in Figma, where each top-level frame will be treated as a slide by Pitchdeck.
  3. Run Pitchdeck Presentation Studio from the right-click Plugins menu or from the Plugin panel in Figma.
  4. Review the loaded slides and drag the handles on the left to reorder them if needed.
  5. Change the export format from Pitchdeck URL to PDF file.
  6. Click Export PDF, then save the generated PDF file when the save dialog appears.
  7. Open the saved PDF in Preview to confirm the slides exported in the chosen order.
