Things you'll need

  • A Figma file with presentation slide designs
  • The Pitchdeck plugin installed in Figma

Steps

  1. Install the Figma plugin called Pitchdeck by searching for Pitchdeck Presentation Studio in the Figma Community/plugins area.
  2. Open your Figma file, then run Pitchdeck Presentation Studio from the Plugins menu.
  3. Review the mirrored slides in Pitchdeck, adjust the slide order if needed by dragging the handles, and add speaker notes per slide.
  4. Open the export format menu and choose PowerPoint file instead of the animated Pitchdeck URL option.
  5. Click Export PowerPoint and save the generated PowerPoint file when prompted.
  6. Open the saved file in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Apple Keynote to review the imported slides and speaker notes.
  7. If you make changes later, update the Figma file and rerun the Pitchdeck plugin to export again.
