Along with updating text content in your Figma layers, the Sync Spreadsheet Content feature also supports automatically hiding and showing Figma layers in the same way.

Hiding Layers ​

If you want to hide any of the Figma layers that you're syncing from a spreadsheet, you can put the special keyword _hide as the value of your cell; when you sync the spreadsheet with Figma, any matching Figma layers will automatically be hidden.

Showing Layers ​

If you want to show any of the Figma layers that you're syncing from a spreadsheet, you can put the special keyword _show as the value of your cell; when you sync the spreadsheet with Figma, any matching Figma layers will automatically be set to visible.
