# Hiding and showing Figma layers from the spreadsheet

## Hiding Layers

If you would like to hide any of the Figma layers that you're syncing from a spreadsheet, you can put the special keyword `_hide` as the value of your cell; when you sync the spreadsheet with Figma, any matching Figma layers will automatically be hidden.

## Showing Layers

If you would like to show any of the Figma layers that you're syncing from a spreadsheet, you can put the special keyword `_show` as the value of your cell; when you sync the spreadsheet with Figma, any matching Figma layers will automatically be set to visible.
