Things you'll need

  • Figma
  • CopyDoc installed from Figma Community
  • Microsoft Word

Steps

  1. Install CopyDoc from Figma Community if it is not already installed.
  2. Open your Figma file, then right click and go to Plugins > CopyDoc.
  3. Choose the option to Export frames to Microsoft Word and click Export Frames to load the frames in the file.
  4. Select the frames you want to include, then set the export order using the rows, columns, layer order, layer name, or drag-and-drop handles.
  5. Click Export to DOCX to generate the Microsoft Word document.
  6. Click Download Word Doc to save the .docx file, then open it in Microsoft Word to review or edit the exported content.
