Things you'll need

  • Figma
  • Bannerify HTML Exporter plugin

Steps

  1. Install the Bannerify HTML Exporter plugin from the Figma Community tab if it is not already installed.
  2. Open a Figma file with banners set up, or duplicate the sample file linked in the Bannerify plugin details additional notes.
  3. Right-click on the canvas, go to plugins, and launch Bannerify HTML Exporter.
  4. Click Export banners to HTML, then open the code output settings and choose Google Ads from the advertising platforms list.
  5. Click Export banners to generate the HTML, images, and zip file.
  6. Open the zip file and view index.html to preview the exported banners and replay animations if needed.
  7. Optionally upload the zip to the Google Ads HTML5 validator to check the creative before use.
