Exporting responsive HTML5 ads for Google App Campaigns

Export one Google App Campaign ZIP containing portrait and landscape playable layouts.

Google App Campaign (Responsive)

Select Google App Campaign (Responsive) when you need one App Campaign upload ZIP that supports both full-screen orientations.

Setup

  1. Create one 320x480 portrait frame and one 480x320 landscape frame in Figma.
  2. Include both frames in the Bannerify timeline.
  3. Click Export to HTML and select Google App Campaign (Responsive).
  4. Export and unzip Bannerify's downloaded file.
  5. Upload the responsive ZIP inside the _zip folder to Google Ads.

Bannerify adds the combined orientation metadata, switches to the matching Figma layout at runtime, and scales that layout proportionally to cover the full-screen placement. Keep important text, logos, and buttons away from the outer edges because wider or taller screens may crop those edges.

Exporting multiple creative versions

Put each 320x480 and 480x320 pair inside its own Figma Section. Bannerify creates one responsive upload ZIP per Section. Every included Section must contain exactly one supported portrait frame and one supported landscape frame.

This format is only for campaigns promoting a mobile app. It does not convert these layouts into standard Google Display banner sizes.

You can check the package with the Google Ads HTML5 Validator by enabling Select for App Campaigns. Also preview the result in both orientations to confirm that important content stays within the safe area.
