What is the refund period?

Include:
- Product name
- Purchase email address
- A short note about why the plugin did not work for your workflow
- Any relevant screenshots, exported files, or error messages if there was a technical issue
Are renewals refundable?
Renewals after an existing subscription period are handled differently. Make a note of renewal dates and cancel before renewal if you no longer need the plugin.

Can I get a refund for a renewal or auto-renewal?
Renewal refunds are handled differently from first-purchase refunds. If a subscription renewed and you forgot to cancel, email Adam with the product name, purchase email, renewal date, and a short explanation. Adam can review the request, but the 30 day refund policy is primarily for the initial subscription purchase.
I forgot to cancel before renewal. What should I do?
Cancel the subscription from the Manage membership link in your Gumroad receipt so it does not renew again, then email Adam if you want the renewal reviewed. Renewal status and refund reviews need to be handled by email.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests need to be reviewed by email. The support chat can explain the refund policy; purchase checks, payment-record verification, and refund processing are handled through email.
Send refund requests to [email protected] with the product name, purchase email address, and a short explanation of what happened.
Should I contact Gumroad for a refund?
For Hypermatic refund decisions, email Adam. Gumroad may be needed for checkout or receipt-account issues, but refund requests for Hypermatic products should start with [email protected].
What if the plugin did not work because of a bug?
Email Adam with the product name, a screenshot or video, the exported file if relevant, and the specific Figma page/frame where the issue happens.
A small reproducible example helps the issue get investigated quickly.
