Request a Hypermatic refund

Understand the initial 30-day refund policy, request a renewal review, and provide the information needed to assess a refund.

If you do not see value within the first 30 days after your initial subscription purchase, email [email protected] to request a refund.

Request an initial-purchase refund ​

If you do not see value within the first 30 days after the initial purchase of a subscription, email [email protected] and explain what happened.

Include:

  • Product name
  • Purchase email address
  • A short note about why the plugin did not work for your workflow
  • Any relevant screenshots, exported files, or error messages if there was a technical issue

Request a renewal review ​

Renewals after an existing subscription period are handled differently. Make a note of renewal dates and cancel before renewal if you no longer need the plugin.

If you believe a renewal needs special review, email [email protected] with the product name and purchase email address.

Prevent another renewal ​

Cancel the subscription from the Manage membership link in your Gumroad receipt so it does not renew again, then email Adam if you want the renewal reviewed. Renewal status and refund reviews need to be handled by email.

Include the required information ​

Refund requests need to be reviewed by email. The support chat can explain the refund policy; purchase checks, payment-record verification, and refund processing are handled through email.

Send refund requests to [email protected] with the product name, purchase email address, and a short explanation of what happened.

Choose the correct support contact ​

For Hypermatic refund decisions, email Adam. Gumroad may be needed for checkout or receipt-account issues, but refund requests for Hypermatic products should start with [email protected].

Report a technical problem with the refund request ​

Email Adam with the product name, a screenshot or video, the exported file if relevant, and the specific Figma page/frame where the issue happens.

A small reproducible example helps the issue get investigated quickly.
