Hypermatic support does not offer phone support, scheduled calls, or live account help by chat.
Use the support chat for public documentation questions. Use email for private purchase, billing, license, or file-specific requests.

There is not one general Hypermatic customer login for plugin purchases, receipts, and license help.

- License seat management: use the Hypermatic License Manager with your license key
