Hypermatic support tools, Figma plugins, Gumroad, and optional integrations have different data boundaries.
| Surface | Access boundary |
|---|---|
| Support chat and docs search | General questions and logged support interactions; no Figma-file or Gumroad-account access |
| Hypermatic Figma plugins | Relevant content in the current Figma file while the plugin is running |
| Gumroad | Checkout, payments, receipts, and subscription management |
| Optional connected features | Depends on the plugin, feature, and service you choose |
Support chat and documentation search
The Eva support chat and the documentation search are separate interfaces with separate data flows. Search and Ask AI send the query you explicitly submit to the configured search provider so the interface can return results or an answer. Hypermatic does not create a separate copy of that query for analytics or search-quality auditing.
Documentation measurement records only non-text outcomes such as whether search was opened or submitted, whether results were returned, whether a result was selected, and whether an answer was resolved or unresolved. Do not submit license keys, payment details, passwords, private company information, or other credentials through chat or docs search.
For account-specific help, email [email protected] privately.
Documentation analytics
Hypermatic Docs uses Google Analytics to measure documentation usage and improve navigation, search, tutorials, and support content. Analytics is enabled automatically on the production documentation site and can record:
- Page routes, page categories, and the relevant plugin.
- Documentation navigation, install, upgrade, bundle, and support-link selections.
- Whether a labelled call to action was visible or selected, plus non-personal context such as the product, billing period, seat count, or displayed estimate when relevant.
- Whether a submitted keyword search returned results, without sending its text to Google Analytics.
- Tutorial-directory query length and result count, without sending the filter text.
- Native documentation-video starts and completions.
- Markdown copy and download actions.
- Experiment name and variant exposure when Hypermatic runs a documented page experiment.
Raw search, Ask AI, and tutorial-filter text is never included in Google Analytics events. Search measurement uses a random, non-textual query identifier. Purchase-planning links from the docs can include campaign parameters describing the documentation product, source page, and labelled link; they do not include search text or personal information.
Private account data
The support chat answers general questions from public Hypermatic docs and product information. It does not access private customer data, payment details, invoices, Gumroad subscriptions, license keys, Figma files, or internal company data.
For account-specific help, email Adam privately with the product name and purchase email address.
Support access to Figma files
The support chat does not open, view, inspect, or modify your Figma files. For a file-specific issue, email screenshots, exported files, or a minimal reproduction that does not include sensitive content.
Hypermatic Figma plugins can only work with the current Figma file while the plugin is running and only for the workflow you choose.
Plugin access to the current Figma file
A Figma plugin can work with the current Figma file while it is running. Hypermatic plugins use the parts of the current file needed for the workflow you choose, such as selected frames, layers, images, text, or export settings.
The exact data used depends on the plugin and feature.
Local and connected plugin workflows
No single statement applies to every feature in every plugin. Many export and generation workflows happen inside the Figma plugin and download files directly to your computer. Some optional features may connect to external services, such as official third-party APIs, hosted image upload workflows, or shareable output workflows.
Check the plugin-specific security page before making a security decision:
- Bannerify Security
- Commentful Security
- Convertify Security
- CopyDoc Security
- Crypto Security
- Emailify Security
- Favvy Security
- HyperCrop Security
- Pitchdeck Security
- Pixelay Security
- TinyImage Security
- Weblify Security
Ask about deleting uploaded or hosted data
Start by checking the plugin-specific security page for the exact workflow you used. Some Hypermatic features keep everything local in Figma or download files straight to your computer, while some optional workflows may upload assets or create hosted outputs when you choose those features.
That means deletion questions need the exact plugin and workflow before anyone can answer responsibly. If you need help checking whether anything should be removed, email [email protected] with the plugin name, the feature you used, and any relevant link or asset details.
The support chat can link you to the public docs, but it cannot inspect private files, look up account records, or delete anything from your account.
Keep credentials out of chat
Do not paste private license keys, card details, passwords, or internal credentials into chat.
If you need license help, email [email protected] privately with the product name and purchase email address. Only include the license key if it is necessary for support.
Payment processing
Hypermatic uses Gumroad for online checkout and payment processing. Gumroad sends receipts, manages checkout, and provides membership management links.
For Gumroad checkout or receipt-account issues, contact [email protected]. For Hypermatic license or product support, email [email protected].
Custom security questionnaires
Hypermatic provides public security and privacy documentation. Custom vendor forms, custom procurement paperwork, and bank-transfer purchasing are not supported.
