What procurement workflow does Hypermatic support?
Hypermatic supports self-serve approval with a PDF quote, card checkout through Gumroad, and a Gumroad receipt or PDF invoice after purchase. This workflow is designed for teams that need an internal approval document before buying, but do not need custom procurement terms.
Hypermatic does not support custom purchase orders, bank transfers, supplier onboarding portals, or company-specific vendor forms.
How do I generate a PDF quote?
Use the Hypermatic PDF Quote Generator. Enter your company details, choose the product and number of seats, then download the PDF quote directly.
You can also generate prefilled quote links. For example:

Can we pay by purchase order, invoice, or bank transfer?
No. Hypermatic does not support purchase orders, invoice payment terms, or bank transfers as separate payment processes. Pro licenses are purchased online through Gumroad checkout by card.

Can Hypermatic fill out a vendor questionnaire or procurement portal?
No. Hypermatic does not submit procurement portal forms or fill out custom vendor questionnaires. The supported path is public docs, PDF quote, Gumroad checkout, and Gumroad invoice or receipt.
This is separate from Pitchdeck's ability to embed a Google Form in a presentation. Do not use the Pitchdeck form-embed docs as procurement instructions unless the customer specifically asks about embedding a form in Pitchdeck.
