Hypermatic plugins run inside Figma and work with the parts of the current file needed for the workflow you choose.
| System | What it does |
|---|---|
| Hypermatic Figma plugin | Works with relevant content in the current Figma file while running |
| Hypermatic support chat | Answers general questions from public support content |
| Gumroad | Handles checkout, receipts, and subscription-management links |
| Hypermatic License Manager | Manages Figma users linked to a license key |
Plugin access to the current Figma file
A Figma plugin can work with the current Figma file while it is running. The exact data used depends on the plugin and the workflow you choose.
Running a Hypermatic plugin does not give support chat access to your Figma files, Gumroad purchases, or private account details.
Support does not access your Figma file
The support chat answers from public support content. It does not access your Figma file, inspect private designs, look up Gumroad purchases, or perform account actions.
Image loading during export
Some workflows export images, compress images, compare images, generate previews, or render a design into another format. For those workflows, Figma may need to make image data available to the plugin before export.
If Figma is still loading large images in the file, an export can be slower or image quality can look incomplete until the source images finish loading.
Performance in large or complex files
Large Figma files, many pages, many frames, large images, embedded media, or complex nested layers can all make plugin workflows slower.
If a plugin is slow or stuck, try copying only the relevant frames to a new blank Figma page or file, then run the plugin there.
Pro activation
After purchase, Gumroad sends a receipt containing your license key. Run the plugin, click the upgrade or unlock option, and paste the license key.
If the key does not work, make sure you pasted the license key itself, not the order ID or receipt number.
See How Hypermatic Pro licenses work.
Prepare a reproducible bug report
Try to collect a small reproducible example:
- Product name
- Screenshot or short video
- Exported file or ZIP if relevant
- Figma page/frame where it happens
- Exact error message
- Whether it happens in the Figma desktop app, browser, or both
Then email [email protected].
