Hypermatic purchases are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad sends receipts by email after checkout.
Search your inbox for emails from [email protected]. You can also use the Hypermatic License Manager with your license key to view purchase history and past receipts.
Where are my receipts sent from?
Receipts are sent by Gumroad from [email protected] to the email address used at checkout.
If you used a work email, check that inbox. If someone else bought the license for your team, the receipt may be in their inbox.
How do I find a missing Gumroad receipt?
Try these steps:
- Search your email for
[email protected]. - Search for the product name, such as Emailify, Bannerify, Convertify, or TinyImage.
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and archived mail.
- Try Gumroad's charge lookup page: https://app.gumroad.com/charge.
- If you have the license key, enter it into the Hypermatic License Manager to view purchase history.
How do I generate a PDF invoice?
Open your Gumroad receipt and click the Generate invoice link. Gumroad lets you enter invoice details and download the PDF invoice from the receipt.
If you cannot find the receipt, use Gumroad charge lookup first.
Can I get a VAT invoice or tax invoice?
Use the Generate invoice link in the Gumroad receipt. If VAT was charged and you need to enter a VAT ID, Gumroad's invoice flow can handle that from the receipt.
If you entered a valid VAT ID during checkout, VAT should not be charged at checkout.
Can I change the email address where receipts are sent?
For the email address attached to Gumroad receipts, contact Gumroad support at [email protected] and ask them to update it.
