You can export and download your Todos to a CSV spreadsheet file at any time from the Commentful plugin.

To export a list of your todo items, with the My Todos tab selected in the plugin, you can click on the Export Todos button in the bottom right of the plugin window.
This will automatically export and download your todo items, which will be saved directly to your computer as a .csv file you can open as a spreadsheet in an app of your choice (eg. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheeets or Apple Numbers).
