To export a list of your todo items, with the My Todos tab selected in the plugin, you can click on the Export Todos button in the bottom right of the plugin window.

This will automatically export and download your todo items, which will be saved directly to your computer as a .csv file you can open as a spreadsheet in an app of your choice (for example, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheeets or Apple Numbers).
