Video Tutorial: Convert Figma to EPS (PostScript)
To export your designs from Figma to EPS (PostScript ), you can follow the steps to convert, download and open your .eps
file.
Selecting a single Figma page to convert to EPS
Once the Convertify plugin is running, ensure the Export Figma to Unlayered EPS for Print option is selected, then you can select the Figma page you would like to convert to EPS.
The plugin will automatically export the Figma page that you're currently viewing. You can change the Figma page you would like to export by clicking on any page in your Figma file listed in the left-hand column in Figma, under the Pages column heading.
After you've selected your Figma page, you can convert your design to EPS by clicking the Export This Page button in the Convertify plugin. This will begin the automated conversion process.
Exporting selected Figma frames on your page to EPS
Alternatively, if you don't want to convert full Figma page to EPS, you can convert certain frame layer(s) in your Figma design to EPS by selecting the Figma frame(s) you want to convert, then click the Export Selected Frames button in the Convertify plugin. This will begin the automated conversion process.
Configuring your EPS export options
You can decide how your EPS file is created from your Figma artboards, by choosing from any of the following drop-down options:
- Export artboards as multiple pages inside one .eps
- Export artboards as single page inside one .eps
- Export each artboard as an individual .eps files
Downloading your .eps file
After Convertify has finished processing your Figma page, you'll be shown a confirmation message; you can download your .eps
file by clicking the Download .eps file button, and then you can use your file to print your design.
