## What this video covers

Upscale images at 2× or 4× in Figma with 100% local AI, compare the results, then insert, replace or download the enhanced image.

## Things you'll need

- A Figma file containing an image layer or image fill
- TinyImage available from Figma’s Plugins tab

## Steps

1. Open your Figma file, search for TinyImage in Actions and run the plugin. You can save it to your plugins list for later.
2. Choose the Editor tab. Select the image layer you want to enhance and click Use selected Figma layer.
3. Choose Local AI in the left sidebar, then select Boost resolution.
4. Choose 2× resolution or 4× resolution. Zoom in to inspect the original pixelated edges before processing.
5. Click Boost resolution. On first use, wait for the approximately 5 MB model to download and for local upscaling to finish. The model is reused for other images in the same plugin session.
6. Click Insert image to add a new layer. Place it beside the original and zoom in to compare edges and detail.
7. Alternatively, select the original layer and choose Replace fill, or choose JPEG and Download to save the enhanced image to your computer.
