# Analytics dashboard and link tracking for Figma presentations

**What this video covers**

This video shows how to upload a Figma presentation with the Pitchdeck Presentation Studio Figma plugin, open it in the Pitchdeck web app, and use the analytics dashboard to review viewing activity. It also demonstrates creating custom share URLs, filtering analytics by link and time range, excluding your own views, and downloading the data as a CSV.

**Things you'll need**

- A Figma file with presentation frames already created
- Pitchdeck Presentation Studio Figma plugin installed or available in Figma

**Steps**

1. Open the Pitchdeck Figma plugin from Resources, search for Pitchdeck under Plugins, and run or save the plugin.
2. Open the saved plugin from Plugins > Saved plugins and make sure your presentation frames are ready to upload.
3. In the export panel, select Pitchdeck presentation as the format and click Upload web presentation to create a browser link.
4. Copy the uploaded link, open it in the browser, and view the presentation in the Pitchdeck web app.
5. Return to the Pitchdeck plugin and open Analytics to view activity, slide views, open and close times, and slide-by-slide duration data.
6. Create a custom share URL for a person or group, then use the settings to enable or disable toolbar buttons, activity tracking, or the link itself.
7. Use the analytics filters to switch between all presentation data, a specific custom link, non-custom links, time ranges, and Exclude your views, or download the results as a CSV.
