# Exporting an MP4 slideshow

> Save your Figma slides as a silent MP4 slideshow with a fixed duration per slide.

MP4 Slideshow turns selected slides into a video you can play or share. It requires an active trial or Pitchdeck Pro.

## Export the video

1. Load your slides in Pitchdeck and open **Export**.
2. Select **MP4 Slideshow (.mp4 file)**.
3. Choose **Seconds Per Slide**, from 1 to 60 seconds.
4. Click **Export MP4 Slideshow**, wait for encoding, then download the MP4.

The first slide determines the video's aspect ratio. Other slide sizes fit inside that frame with white margins. Output uses H.264 at 30 frames per second, up to 1920 by 1080 pixels.

## What the video includes

This format uses still images and straight cuts. It does not include layer animations, embedded video, audio, narration or transitions. For Pitchdeck animations and supported embeds, use a [web presentation](/pitchdeck/web/upload).

The encoder downloads on demand, so first use requires internet access. Slide content stays on your computer. Exports are limited to 30 minutes and 250 MB of source slide PNGs. If encoding takes too long, export fewer slides at a time.

Use **Cancel** in the progress message to stop video preparation or encoding. You can start another export after cancellation finishes.
