You can embed a Google [Forms](https://www.google.com/forms/about/) file by logging into your Google account, finding the Google Doc file you want to embed, and [follow the instructions to **pubish to web**](https://support.google.com/docs/answer/183965?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop#embed_files), then pasting the public share URL into a Pitchdeck layer's _Embed_ input field.
