**What this video covers**

This tutorial shows how to use the Emailify Figma plugin to design an HTML email, export it as a Mailmodo-ready ZIP, and upload the index.html file into Mailmodo as a custom template. It also shows how to reuse the uploaded template in a campaign and notes that Mailmodo currently strips custom unsubscribe links from custom HTML templates.

**Things you'll need**

- A Figma file with the Emailify plugin installed or saved
- A Mailmodo account

**Steps**

1. In Figma, search for Emailify under the plugins tab, save it, and run it from Plugins > Saved Plugins.
2. Create a new email template, add a new Emailify container, and use the plugin’s design tools and preview button to check desktop and mobile HTML previews.
3. Open Export HTML, choose the Mailmodo platform integration, enter the subject line and preview text, then click Export for Mailmodo and download the ZIP file.
4. Unzip the downloaded file and locate the index.html file inside the exported folder.
5. In Mailmodo, go to Templates, choose Create New Email Template > Upload Template, and drag and drop the index.html file into the upload area.
6. Add a template name and select an email type, then save and upload the template.
7. Optionally use the uploaded template in a campaign, fill in the subject line and sender details, and send a test campaign before sending to your list.
