# Design and export HTML Email Signatures from Figma

**What this video covers**

The video shows how to use the Emailify Figma plugin to design an HTML email signature in Figma, customize its text, logo, styling, and social links, and then export it as an HTML signature package. It also explains how to copy the generated HTML and follow the Emailify documentation to paste it into a supported email client.

**Things you'll need**

- A Figma file
- The Emailify Figma plugin
- An email client supported in the Emailify documentation

**Steps**

1. Open Figma, find Emailify from Resources or Saved plugins, and run the Emailify plugin.
2. Create a new Emailify frame, name it, and click add new Emailify container.
3. Go to the footage tab, open signatures, and insert a preset email signature starter.
4. Customize the signature by replacing the logo, editing text, changing typography or color, and adjusting spacing.
5. Add elements such as social icons from the column layer settings, then apply clickable URLs to images or icons through the icon layer settings.
6. Preview the signature in the plugin, then export it by choosing HTML email signature and clicking export to HTML signature.
7. Download and unzip the generated package, use the copy HTML signature button in the preview page, and follow the Emailify documentation for your email client to paste the HTML signature.
