**What this video covers**

The video shows how to use the Emailify Figma plugin to organize email components into custom categories like Footers, Headers, Hero, and Content. It also demonstrates how to remove categories without deleting components and how to add descriptions and documentation links to components.

**Things you'll need**

- Emailify must be installed as a Figma plugin.
- The Figma file should already contain Emailify components to organize.

**Steps**

1. Open Emailify from Figma’s Resources icon or from Saved Plugins and run the plugin.
2. Click the Library icon in Emailify and load all Emailify components from the current Figma file.
3. Click the edit/pencil icon to create new custom categories such as Footers, Headers, and Hero.
4. Select components in Uncategorized and use Move components to place them into the appropriate category.
5. Repeat the process until all components are organized and the Uncategorized tab is removed.
6. Use Remove category to delete a category without deleting the components, which sends those components back to Uncategorized.
7. Select a component layer in Figma, open the component configuration icon, add a description and documentation link, then click Refresh in Emailify to show the updated label and tooltip.
