**What this video covers**

This tutorial shows how to add a dynamic countdown timer to an HTML email in Figma using the Emailify plugin. It uses a countdown image URL from a timer service, overrides the image source in Emailify, previews the result, and exports the email to HTML.

**Things you'll need**

- Figma
- Emailify plugin

**Steps**

1. Open a new Figma file and run the Emailify plugin from the Resources icon or Saved plugins.
2. Create an Emailify email frame and add a simple content layout with a Column layer.
3. Generate a countdown timer on sendtric.com, copy the timer image URL from the src attribute, and paste or place the timer image into Figma.
4. Select the image layer, open Emailify "HTML & Mobile Settings," and use "Override image source" to paste in the dynamic countdown URL.
5. Preview the email to confirm the countdown timer loads dynamically in the HTML preview.
6. Export using "Export HTML" and the "HTML Email" option, then open the exported files to verify the countdown timer appears in the HTML output.
