### Add a countdown timer to HTML emails in Figma

This video tutorial is a complete step-by-step guide showing you how to add a
  countdown timer to HTML emails in Figma using the Emailify plugin.

You can add a dynamic countdown timer GIF by [overriding the image URL](/emailify/content/custom-image-urls) to any image layer in your email designs by adding the dyanmic image URL (eg. generated by a service like [Sentric](https://www.sendtric.com/)) to the **Override Image Src** input field, which will be automatically added to the `src` attribute of the `` tag when the HTML is exported.
