**What this video covers**

This video shows how to use the CopyDoc Figma plugin to connect a Google Sheets file as a Content Library and use the imported snippets to replace text layers in Figma. It also shows how edits in Google Sheets can be refreshed in CopyDoc to keep the library in sync.

**Things you'll need**

- A Figma file with the CopyDoc plugin available.
- A Google Sheets file containing the text content to use as snippets.

**Steps**

1. Open your Figma file, find CopyDoc from Resources > Plugins, and either run it or save it to your Saved plugins list.
2. In CopyDoc, open Content Library and switch to the Integrations tab, where Google Sheets is selected by default.
3. In Google Sheets, set General access to "Anyone with the link can be a viewer" and copy the sheet link.
4. Paste the Google Sheets URL into the "Add new Google sheet" field in CopyDoc and wait for the content to load into the Content Library.
5. Select a Figma text layer or multiple text layers, then use a snippet’s Apply button or choose a specific item to replace the text.
6. Use the ordering options to apply content in order, randomly, or alphabetically reverse, depending on how you want the text mapped.
7. Update the Google Sheet, then click the refresh icon in CopyDoc to reload the latest rows and columns into the library.
