**What this video covers**

This video shows how to export a Figma design to Adobe After Effects using the Convertify Figma plugin. The workflow converts a Figma page to an XD file, then exports the XD artboard to After Effects so the layers can be animated there.

**Things you'll need**

- Convertify must be installed in Figma.
- Adobe XD and Adobe After Effects are used in the export workflow.

**Steps**

1. Install Convertify from the Figma Community Plugins tab.
2. Open your Figma file, then right-click and choose Plugins > Convertify.
3. Select the page you want to export, since the Adobe export only supports single pages.
4. Click Convert to After Effects, then download the XD file using Download XD file (for exporting to After Effects).
5. Open the downloaded XD file in Adobe XD.
6. Select the artboard you want to export, then go to File > Export > After Effects.
7. After Effects opens with the exported artboard and Figma layers ready to animate.
