# Get feedback from clients without a Figma account

This video shows how to use the Commentful Figma plugin to collect external comments and feedback from clients and stakeholders without a Figma account. It walks through creating review links, handling text and image update requests, updating feedback in Figma, exporting feedback to CSV, and deleting feedback when needed.

**Things you'll need**

- A Figma file
- A Figma API token

**Steps**

1. Find Commentful in the Figma Community under the Plugins tab and install it.
2. In your Figma file, right-click, go to Plugins, and open Commentful.
3. If prompted, click Connect To Figma File, save your Figma API token, then copy your Figma file link from Share and Save URL.
4. Open the Reviews tab, click Create New Review, sort and select the frames to include, name the review, and create the review URL.
5. Share the Passwordless URL or a password-protected URL with clients or stakeholders so they can leave comments, request text updates, or request image updates.
6. Review incoming feedback in the plugin, jump to the pin location, and use Update in Figma to apply text or image changes automatically.
7. Use Hide Completed Feedback to tidy the list, Export Feedback to generate a CSV, or Delete Feedback to remove unwanted feedback.
